We, Neal and Cassie Frank, would like to extend a very special thank you to all of our customers. February 6, 2013 will be the date for our 17th year in operation. From our humble beginnings in a 101 square foot store (closet) to our current location in Sanbusco Market Center and internet presence, it has been a great ride. We’re looking forward to serving pen lovers from around the world for another 17+ years.

We are getting ready to host our 18th Annual Santa Fe Pen Fair. This year’s Fair is scheduled for Saturday, March 2, 2013 and Sunday, March 3, 2013. We will have new manufacturers at this year’s event, as well as our old standbys.

The series of Hand Writing Seminars for children ages eight to 16 was a huge hit at last year’s event. In fact, so many adults also expressed interest that next year we will have a couple of hand writing seminars for adults! I’m working with Sherry Bishop as you read this to develop plans for this years Pen Fair.

We have SOLD OUT of the “2012 Santa Fe Limited Edition XIV Pens”. The Santa Fe Edition XV pen was just announced (see photo) and is a collaboration between Santa Fe Pens and Visconti Pen Company. This year’s fountain pen will feature the Blue Typhoon coloration with Visconti’s new conical (wrap-around) nib. Nib sizes will be EF, F, M, B and Stub and there will be a matching roller ball version available as well.
